Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PriMoha — whether to browse, save items, virtually try-on garments, or place an order — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Sizing & Product Accuracy

PriMoha operates a proprietary Dual-Sizing System. All products are mapped from individual vendor labels to a universal PriMoha Standard based on indigenous Indian anthropometric data. Garments are measured against our master chart with a ±2 cm tolerance — slight variations may occur due to fabric stretch, drape, or finishing.

3. Virtual Try-On (VTO)

Our VTO tool simulates how fabrics drape on diverse Indian body shapes. AI-generated images are for visualization only; the actual garment may vary based on your photo quality, lighting, and the limitations of generative imaging. We do not retain your uploaded photos beyond your active session unless you explicitly save them to a review.

4. Account & User Conduct

• • Keep your account credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• • One account per user. Bulk-buy resellers and bots are prohibited.
• • Reviews must be honest, your own, and not contain offensive or copyrighted content.
• • By posting photos in our review section, you grant PriMoha a worldwide, royalty-free license to use those images for community fit-guidance purposes.

5. Loyalty Programme

• • Points are earned on eligible purchases, photo reviews, and No-Return behavior.
• • Points have no monetary value outside the redemption flows we explicitly publish.
• • PriMoha may adjust earning rates, tier benefits, or expire points with reasonable notice.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact. Final-sale, intimate-wear, and customised pieces are non-returnable. Exchange availability depends on stock and is subject to our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — including the PriMoha brand, photography, copy, and the proprietary sizing system — is owned by PriMoha or its licensors and protected by Indian and international IP law. You may not reproduce or commercially redistribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriMoha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact
