You can cancel any order from the Orders page in your account before it has shipped. Once shipped, the cancellation flow converts to a return — see Returns & Exchanges below.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days. Other locations take 5–8 business days. Exact estimates appear on the product page once you enter your pincode.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch.
You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also view live tracking on the order detail page in your account.
COD is available on orders below ₹5,000 in serviceable pincodes. Pincode eligibility is checked at checkout.
We accept returns within 5–10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. The PriMoha Fit Guarantee means if our recommended size doesn't fit, the return is free — we pay reverse shipping.
Go to Orders → select the item → click 'Return' and pick a reason. We'll schedule a pickup within 2 business days. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Yes — initiate a return and select 'Exchange for different size' as the reason. The new size will ship as soon as the original is picked up, no need to wait for the refund cycle.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
Yes — all items except clearance ('Final Sale' flagged) and intimate apparel are returnable under the standard 5–10 day window.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@primoha.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping charges.
PriMoha's Universal Fit Engine (UFE) is what makes us different — every product is mapped to a single standard sizing system based on Indian body data.
UFE is our proprietary sizing system that maps every vendor's individual sizing to a single PriMoha Standard. We physically measure most garments and apply tolerance-tested algorithms so the size you order actually fits the way it's described.
Go to your Profile → Measurements and enter your bust, waist, hip, and height. We use these to compute your PriMoha Standard Size, which appears on every product page above the size selector.
It's the standardised size (XS through 14XL) that fits you across our entire catalog. Once we know it, you don't need to guess between a brand's S, M, or L — we recommend the exact variant.
Brand sizing varies wildly. Your PriMoha Standard might map to Brand A's 'L' but Brand B's 'XXL'. The product page shows both — the PriMoha Standard for your body, and the brand's own label for that variant.
We physically measure garments to a ±2 cm tolerance against the master size chart. Combined with your verified measurements, our recommendations are accurate for over 90% of fits. If our recommendation doesn't fit, your return is free under the PriMoha Fit Guarantee.
Yes — create additional avatars under Profile → Avatars. Switch between them on any product page to see recommendations for a partner, family member, or yourself across different time periods.
Add items to your Fitting Room from any product page, upload a reference photo of yourself, and our AI generates a realistic preview of how each piece would drape on your body shape — typically within 30 seconds.
A well-lit, front-facing full-body photo against a plain background works best. Wear fitted clothing so the AI can read your silhouette accurately. Photos can be replaced anytime.
Yes. Your reference photo is stored privately, accessible only to you and our AI inference service for generating try-ons. We never share, sell, or use it for marketing without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Typically 20–40 seconds per garment. Heavy fabrics and complex prints may take slightly longer. You'll see a progress indicator while the AI works.
VTO is a visualisation tool, not a guarantee. AI-rendered drape can vary from physical reality depending on photo quality, lighting, and fabric properties. Use it alongside the fit recommendation and reviews — not in isolation.
Yes — from the result page you can download the image or copy a shareable link. Sharing is private by default; the link is unguessable and only viewable by anyone you send it to.
Click 'Sign in' in the top-right and choose 'Create account'. Sign up with email or Google in under a minute. Adding measurements after sign-up unlocks personalised recommendations.
You earn points on every purchase, for writing photo reviews, and through our No-Return reward — keeping an item without returning it earns you bonus points (it's our way of thanking you for accurate fit feedback).
Points convert to credits applied automatically at checkout. 100 points = ₹100 off, with no minimum order value.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they're earned. You can check your balance and upcoming expiries on the Loyalty page in your account.
There are three tiers — Silk (entry), Brocade (₹15,000+ annual spend), and Zardosi (₹50,000+). Higher tiers unlock faster shipping, early access to drops, and bonus point multipliers.

Yes. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. PriMoha never stores full card numbers, CVVs, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
You can save UPI IDs and tokenised cards (RBI-mandated 'Card on File' tokenisation). The token is held by the payment processor, not on our servers.
Yes — no-cost EMI is available on most credit cards for orders above ₹3,000, with tenures of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Eligible options appear at checkout.
If the order doesn't confirm but the amount is debited, it's auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the refund by then, email hello@primoha.com with your transaction reference.

We operate on a transparent commission model — exact rates depend on category and exclusivity tier. Vendor onboarding includes a free consultation where we walk through the rate card.
For each variant you list, you submit either your to-fit measurements or garment measurements. Our UFE engine maps these to the PriMoha Standard automatically. We also offer in-warehouse measurement services for brands that need it.
Payouts cycle every 15 days, after the return window closes for each order. You can track upcoming payouts in your vendor dashboard.
